Experienced Bookkeeper
Location: Dublin, Central
Research and Markets are looking for a bookkeeper with demonstrable experience taking accounts to the trial balance stage.
The successful applicant will be organised and have the ability to work independently managing a busy workload.
Duties will comprise of:
- Receipting of Customer payments & lodgements
- Reconciling Credit Card Sales to Batches
- Entering Sales Invoices into Sage
- Maintaining Cashbook & Cheque payments book
- Entering Supplier invoices, matching invoices to order numbers
- Quarterly & Monthly Creditors payment run
- Reconciling of Company Credit Card Statements monthly
- Reconciling of Bank Statements monthly
- Maintaining additional bank accounts
- Petty Cash
- Fixed Asset Register
- Maintaining Chargeback’s
- Payroll Monthly, P30, P35, P45
- Vat returns bi-monthly using ROS
- Management Accounts
- Managing End Of Year and dealing with Auditors
- Reviewing of P&L’s
- Maintaining Debtors & Creditors Ledger
- Dealing with Debtors & Creditors queries daily
- Credit Control weekly
- Stationery Ordering for office
- Using Sage Line 50. Financial Controller
- Reporting to MD
