National Journal of Real Estate Law: This Journal involves anything dealing with real property (land). These laws are designed to determine who owns land and the buildings on it, who has a right to possess and use land or buildings, the sale and purchase of real property, landlord and tenant issues, the development of real property, and compliance with local, state, or national regulations affecting the use of real property. An attorney practising real estate law may focus on contractual issues by drafting and reviewing contracts; some real estate attorneys may be more focussed on litigation issues, such as determining the ownership of land in court, challenging or enforcing easements, seeking to allow the specific development of property or trying to prevent or alter a planned development of real property. In addition, an attorney practising real estate law may focus on a specific type of real estate law or a related area of law, such as oil and gas or natural resources law.

The focus of the Journal encircles the vast real estate development in the country and the world and the related factors like the economic boom, rise of nuclear families, the rise of disposal income and the growth of tier II and III cities and towns which have smoothen the way for further growth in the real estate industry. Real estate is always in relation to an immovable property. The real estate in India is governed by largely broad structure of policies and laws. We welcome all the practitioners, scholars, and lawyers handling Real Estate Law through this journal to share their true research and review on new amendmends in law relating to Real Estate.
