During his research career, he has worked on the synthesis and characterization of solid-state lighting materials, as well as the development of radiation dosimetry phosphors using thermoluminescence techniques and utilization of fly ash. Amol Nande Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur, India. Dr. Amol Nande is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Physics, Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur, India. He also leads the Department of Computer Science and Electronics, Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur, India. He obtained his Ph. D. degree in Physics from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. His Ph. D. thesis was on "Superconducting properties in percolating thin films�. He has published 17 research papers in international and national journals. He received the Marsden doctoral fellowship for completing his Ph. D. work.
