The horizontal resolution of 1920 pixels equals '32 degrees' when converted into the horizontal field of vision (FOV), which is less than half of the maximum horizontal field of view, according to Full HD requirements. In comparison to UHD resolutions, this results in a slightly compressed image. As 1080-pixel monitors have inundated the market over the last five years, HD has become the new norm. HD STBs are a versatile addition to watching experiences due to the rising demand for reliable content and their ability to connect to monitors and TVs.
