Note: Due to the recent announcement relating to the Massachusetts courts, in an effort to offer you a valuable program for every session, we have decided to move the July 1 date of this program to July 16. This will provide the faculty time to consider the changes and how those changes will affect interactions with the Probate & Family Court.
The Commonwealth continues to manage issues relative to the COVID-19 pandemic, which includes continued Probate and Family Court closures. This series follows the ongoing changes that are occurring in the Courts over the next three month (May, June and July), which will include navigating closures, managing the Court’s re-opening, and planning for the substantive impact that COVID-19 has had on families and divorce/paternity matters (custody and financial issues). Each session will be specifically tailored to provide updated status of the Courts and focus on the relevant issues at that time. The panelists include current and retired Probate and Family Court Judges and custody and financial experts.
Join a new panel of experts each month who provide in-depth analysis of the substantive impact that COVID-19 has on important domestic relations issues.
