Representation of fiduciaries in real estate transactions can present a host of issues and requirements. This new program reviews the fundamentals of conveyances by fiduciaries, with a focus on how to draft required documents and avoid common traps for the unwary. The expert faculty also address how to solve title issues created by fiduciaries who do not or have not established record authority for their action. Their tips include insight on when the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code and/or the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code can help resolve these types of title issues.
