After a tumultuous year in 2021-2022, the Supreme Court again issued a number of blockbuster decisions in its 2022-2023 term, as well as a host of other decisions that have significant ramifications for Massachusetts practitioners. This program brings together four distinguished panelists from the Massachusetts judiciary, academia, private practice, and the public sector to discuss some of this term’s most important Supreme Court decisions.
The program is presented in four segments. Each panelist presents and comments on four or five cases, followed by a responsive commentary from other panelists and comments and questions from the audience.
