Gain an understanding of common construction document forms and terminology used in construction disputes. This topic will inform and empower paralegals by providing them with background, biases, strengths, and weaknesses of the common forms of construction documents; an understanding of common terminology in construction disputes; issue-spotting skills common to these disputes; and familiarity of the basic tools available to assist attorneys and clients.
