This webinar will provide an introduction into some of the key chapters relating to customs, trade facilitation, duty reductions, and rules of origin and how they could impact your company. Learn more about calculating duty reductions or eliminations, documentation, and certification requirements.

Why Should You Attend:

The Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement was reached by the 12 member countries in October 2015. The official text was released to the public in November 2015. The TPP will be the largest trade agreement for the United States and other countries when it is signed and ratified according to the national procedures of the concerned countries. Member countries represent 40% of global trade. According to the U.S. Trade Representative site, the TPP will make it easier for American entrepreneurs, farmers, and small business owners to sell Made-In-America products abroad by eliminating more than 18,000 taxes and other trade barriers on American products across the 11 other countries in the TPP.

If you import/export in any of the 12 TPP countries (United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei, Peru), this webinar will help you better understand some of the new provisions of the TPP.
