Rigid plastics was the leading pack material in 2023, holding a volume share of 33.7% by accounting for 22.9 billion units. It was followed by flexible packaging with a 22.2% volume share. Among all pack materials, during 2023-28, glass packaging will register the highest CAGR at 4%.
