The Course Director is a highly experienced and result-driven senior industry advisor and regulatory expert with over 20 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects to achieve regulatory compliance and strengthen performance for firms such as T. Rowe Price, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan, and Investec (Ninety One) Asset Management, to name just a few.

He has extensive experience in integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) frameworks within the Funds and Products lifecycle, from ESG principles and metrics into the investment process, Stewardship and Governance, aligning with the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR), Taxonomy Regulation and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Responsible Investing models within portfolio management and trading models, sustainability risks and climate risks (incl. Stranded Assets) within Risk Management, modeling and incorporating Principal Adverse Impacts (PAI) within Product, Marketing and Distribution, and managing data and analytics for client and regulatory reporting.

He also has a deep expertise in managing ESG Ratings providers (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P TruCost, etc.), and configuring and normalising sustainability metrics including carbon and energy emissions, pollution, waste, biodiversity, labour, human rights, whistleblowing, remuneration, etc.

He is a Member of Governing Board of Commonwealth Human Ecology Council CHEC - accredited observers to UNFCC COP conferences.
