Producers create a variety of juices made from fruits, vegetables or mixtures. Increased health consciousness has fuelled the shift from high-sugar juices toward tea and water. Revenue has ballooned at an expected CAGR of 1.7% to $1.6 billion over the five years to 2023, with a 2.3% boost in 2023 alone. Profit has also expanded amid the recent economic recovery, accounting for 8.9% of revenue in 2023.
