Market upheaval: The cost of living crisis and post-Brexit rules reshape the landscape

Over the five years through 2023-24, revenue has grown at a compound annual rate of 1.2%. Student accommodation providers lease and manage accommodation to students, generally in association with a university. The renting of accommodating to students by private landlords isn't included in the industry.
