She received her Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India and subsequently her Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Computer Science & Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Her Ph.D. thesis is focused on Automated delineation of thyroid nodules in Ultrasound Images. She is actively pursuing research in Medical Image Processing. She is the awardee of Research excellence award given by Chitkara University in 2019. She also received the recognition and honorary membership from Neutrosophic Science Association from University of Mexico for her outstanding publication. She has published more than 30 research articles in reputed SCI and Scopus indexed journals and conferences.

Dr Naveen Kuman is an Assistant Professor in the School of Design, UPES, Dehradun, India, where he is Principal Investigator at the Users Cognitive Load Centric Design Lab. He did his PhD in Human-Computer Interaction at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and Postdoc in AR/VR based interface design from GNU, South Korea. His research focuses on measurement of cognitive load caused by complex user interface designs for smart factory (Industry 4.0). He has developed a design methodology to physiologically assess the cognitive load using brain signals and eye related data, and his research goal is to make tangible and virtual interfaces, systems and devices better based on the theories and methodologies of Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction, especially in the fields of smart factory, VR/AR, and healthcare products. He has published 20 + articles in journals, international and national conferences. He has two national and two international awards in the field of HCI and product design. One patent in healthcare domain. He has total of 12 years of industry, research and teaching experience
