Dr. Pranav Kumar Prabhakar is currently working as a Professor and Deputy Director at Parul University, Gujarat, India. He is one of the World's Top 2% Scientists (list published by Stanford University, USA, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024). He has completed his PhD in Biotechnology from IIT Madras. His main area of research interest focuses on elucidating molecular Mechanisms and Strategies for Oral Insulin Delivery, Mimicking the signaling pathways in Metabolic Disorders (diabetes) with Natural Products. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, and the Asia-Pacific Chemical, Biological& Environmental Engineering Society. He is also serving as an editorial board member and reviewer for many reputed national and International Journals. Dr. Pranav received honors including the recipient of a travel grant towards attending ATTD 2009 in Greece from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras & Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and approved by the Department of Science and Technology (DST). He has published 100+ research articles in journals, authored 8 books, and 25 book chapters. He also delivered 9 oral and poster presentations in scientific meetings.
