- 67.7% of Spanish consumers agreed that shopping online allows for much greater choice compared to physical shops, while 56.9% prefer the ease of comparing products online and 40.0% are deterred from shopping via this channel due to return fees.
- Over half of Spanish apparel shoppers expect their spending on secondhand to remain the same as last year. However, 10.0% expect their spending to increase, while 30.4% anticipate cutting back and 7.4% will not purchase it at all.
